Description:

Sunday Cool is seeking a motivated intern to provide business support to their IT Department. The Production Scheduler is responsible for facilitating the allocation of inventory based off the daily Production Schedule needs. The Production Scheduler must have strong communication skills in order to communicate inventory and sales order issues with several internal departments.

DUTIES:

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Allocating daily jobs based off the Production Schedule.
  • Create job jackets for each order.
  • Report inventory discrepancy when allocation cannot occur.
  • Communicate with Project Advisors regarding order issues.
  • Communicate updates of Sales Orders to the corresponding Production Department

Qualifications:

  • Actively working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, IT, or a similar area of study
  • Highly motivated; dynamic, detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivating
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Proficiency in Mac

REQUIREMENTS:‍

  • Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited 2-or 4-year program or institution and have completed at least one semester OR recent college graduate (within the last 12 months).
    • Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply.
    • Those who have taken college courses but are currently taking “time off” from school are also not eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the time the internship begins.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
