Position Reporting:

This position is part of Sunday Cool – Sales Department reporting to the Sales Director.

Work Schedule:  

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm [40 hours/week]. Extended hours may be required during the peak of busy season, running May-July.

Compensation:

Our starting base salary is $37,500 - $40,000 depending on experience.  Eligible for monthly bonus after successful onboarding, can vary by person but typically between 3 – 6 months.

As a Sales Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information, guidance, and support throughout their purchasing journey. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and proactive manner to understand their preferences, interests, and purchase objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive product/service information, highlight features, and address any questions or concerns customers may have.
  • Assist customers in exploring various options, recommending suitable products/services, and customizing solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or test drives as required.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, plus experience utilizing Intercom  is a plus.  
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Skills/requirements needed:

  • College degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Ministry, Communications, etc.
  • Highly organized and a strong multi-tasker
  • 1 year of account management and inside or outside sales
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in:
  • Microsoft Suite of Office Software or Google alternatives
  • Knowledge and experience working within tools such as Sales Force, Intercom.
  • An understanding of the inner workings within the local church are advantageous.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Screen printing knowledge a plus

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
